Direct-to-Film is the reason a run of twelve shirts now costs what it should. The design is printed onto film, powdered, cured and heat-pressed straight onto the garment — so there are no screens to burn, no colour separations to pay for, and no penalty for a design with forty colours in it instead of two.
That makes it the right process for event tees, team jerseys, staff uniforms and one-off samples alike. Gradients, photographs and fine text all survive the transfer, and the print stays flexible enough that it moves with the fabric rather than cracking across it.
We print on cotton, polyester, poly-blends and the technical fabrics used for sports jerseys and reflector wear — including dark garments, where the white underbase is laid down as part of the same pass.

Before you ask
No. DTF has no screen setup, so a single shirt is priced sensibly and a run of five hundred still gets volume pricing.
Yes. A white underbase is printed beneath the colour layer in the same pass, so colours stay true on black, navy and other dark fabrics.
Vector files (AI, EPS, PDF or SVG) are ideal. High-resolution PNG with a transparent background works well too — aim for 300dpi at the size it will be printed. Bring it in on a flash disk or send it over WhatsApp.
Turn the garment inside out, wash cool and skip the tumble dryer, and the print outlasts normal garment wear.

Most jobs come through the door as more than one of these. They all run in the same two rooms, so a campaign can be produced together rather than chased across town.
